At Noor-ul-Ain, we take pride in delivering premium-quality unstitched fabrics and embroidered suits that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure that our customers have a smooth and transparent return and refund experience.

Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns of unstitched suits that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Any tags or labels must remain intact, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  2. Return Window
    Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

  3. Non-returnable Items
    Custom-stitched products, items damaged due to mishandling after delivery, or any suit altered after purchase are not eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Process
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a refund via the original payment method.

  2. Partial Refunds
    In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned with minor signs of use or missing packaging).

  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired product.
